Position Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Breda, Netherlands

Position Summary

In 2021, Dover Fueling Solutions acquired LIQAL BV, a technology-driven, highly-scalable company specializing in small-scale liquified natural gas (LNG) and hydrogen technologies, complemented by LIQAL’s proprietary software. At LIQAL we offer turnkey project solutions, which we design, build, maintain and technically operate. Our vision is to enable the shift from traditional to alternative fueling and continue leading in our industry. To facilitate our growth we are looking for a technology driven Sales Engineer to support our commercial teams and our customers. Based from our office in Breda, you will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the primary point of contact for our commercial teams and our customers to explain, propose and elaborate on technical sales solutions for primarily our Hydrogen product
  • Providing excellent support for the conversion of qualified leads. Follow-up on the leads through our CRM system. (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with the different teams, Product Management, Business development, Sales, Engineering, R&D
  • Responsible for the project calculations and commercial quotations
  • Enabling the sales department with your technical knowledge and offer trainings where necessary. Assist them with customer meetings, presentations and align with the customers to ensure their objectives are understood
  • Communicate and align with the different teams like product management, sales, technical and operations teams to facilitate the execution of our strategy
  • Assure technical documentation completeness for sales operations
  • Understand the market we operate in and identify opportunities for growth

Profile–Knowledge

  • Bachelor in Mechatronics, Chemical technology, Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimal 2-5 years related technical experience, in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Experience/Interest in alternative fuels (LNG/Hydrogen)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of Autocad is required
  • Computer skills: ERP MS Business Central, Salesforce, MS office, Asana
