The remote monitoring system has various advantages including:
Optional access to in-house designed station KPI dashboards. These dashboards show a rolling 30-day average on various pre-set KPIs on the fueling station, logistics, and the BTU-1 system.
LIQAL’s highly skilled and trained engineers offer remote operation services, including proactive, regular inspections, control system checks, process parameters, trends, and alarms. Additionally, this services includes a seven day per week availability of our customer support department.
Our interactive, online decision tree tool has been designed to support any first line, local service activities in mind. The decision tree is used in combination with the online station management system and is used to troubleshoot applicable station alarms.
